How hard is the homework?
The homework includes practical steps, techniques to use at home right away. But…just like anything worth doing, you’ll get more out of it if you put a lot into it.
Can my spouse join me on the calls?
No, I only coach moms. But, sessions can be recorded to watch later.
What if I need more than the 6 sessions?
Then sign up again! My goal is to get you to empower you & get you to a place where you can coach yourself. Many people work with me for a whole year, but it’s entirely up to you.
